May 2025:  9 Yogis spent a week exploring the Wild Algarve Coast

We began our week settling in and being pampered at the beautiful Quinta Bonita Country House and Gardens. Together we explored the ancient city walls of Lagos, paddled our way through mystical grottoes, and enjoyed the finest of wines paired with breathtaking sunsets

We fully embraced the Portuguese art of slow living, 'Desfrutar', all while cultivating a sense of self awareness, cultural exploration and sustainable, conscious wellness.
