Namaste Under The the Tuscan Sun

June 22-29, 2024 - Lucca, Italy

La Dolce Vita, Italian for ‘The Sweet Life’. Join me next summer for a week in the Tuscan Country side.

You’ll be living your sweetest life on this 7 night, 8 day yoga retreat set amongst the hills and olive groves of an 18th century Tuscan Estate.

Together we’ll practice yoga, explore medieval Italian villages, sip on the finest local wines and learn to cook authentic Tuscan cuisine from a local. All while cultivating a sense of self awareness, cultural exploration and sustainable, conscious wellness.
 INCLUDES:

  • 7 nights / 8 days accommodation at a luxury Tuscan estate - we’ll be the only vacancy on the estate
  • 3 delicious local vegetarian meals a day, with the exception of one lunch and one dinner on your own (we’ll be out exploring during these times)
  • Local wine with dinner
  • Transportation from Lucca train station to the retreat center on arrival day
  • Daily yoga & meditation practices
  • Guided Bike & Walking Tour of Lucca (a gentle cycle around the ancient walls of Lucca pointing out places of interest followed by a tour on foot through the medieval streets)

Arriving:
The nearest airport to Lucca is Pisa international Airport “Galileo Galileo” – 18 Miles from Lucca.
Florence International Airport “Amerigo Vespucci” is 50 Miles from Lucca.
If you are flying into Rome, Fiumicino Airport is 162 miles from Lucca.

Regular trains and buses run from both Pisa and Florence airports to Lucca and are very reasonably priced. Trains also run regularly from Rome airport but the trip is much longer and takes around 4.5 hours.

I recommend arriving in Italy a few days early to adjust, decompress, and see the sights. I personally plan to fly into Rome and travel to Florence prior to the retreat. I will gladly share my itinerary and anyone is welcome to join. Note: costs will be at your own expense.
