A constant culture seeker and wanderer of the world. I thrive off of new experiences, meaningful exploration and being immersed in culture.
As someone who has never been able to sit still, yoga is my reason to pause, to reflect and to just slow down; To focus on the simplicity of my breath; To create balance and peace within; To let go of the chaos and constant goings-on of the outside world.
I have learned to find solace in stillness; To find gratitude in movement. To flow between the two, has led me to create an innovative and open practice that encourages energetic expansion of the body, mind and soul.
Rooted in the arts, my journey to yoga began 14 years ago. It taught me to own my truth, find my narrative and nourish my light. In 2020, I dove deeper into the ancient harmonizing art of yoga and began my instructional training to become a 200-hour registered yoga teacher.
